Downtown apartment that is very close to campus and is on the local bus route. It's surrounded by shops, restaurants, and local activities in Lafayette. This apartment is 2 BED and 2 BR, my female roommate will be living here throughout the lease, would like another female roommate to sublease room. In unit dryer/washer, my roommate has a cat (she stays in her room though), willing to leave furniture for subleaser (bed frame/dresser/desk), also willing to help move them in, and discounted rent. Rent is $900 plus utilities, electricity, and wifi.
