Crossing at Chauncey

I am looking for a sublease/lease takeover from now until the end of July. The apartment is a 4 bed 4 bath and am looking to lease my bedroom with its own bathroom. The room is furnished with a bed and dresser. The rent is ~$1100 per month which includes utilities and a tandem parking spot that is $45 per month. Electric is not included and typically comes out to be ~$50 per month. The building is behind Verve on S Chauncey St and across from the Tommy Johnston Neighborhood Park. Currently there is an additional empty bedroom and a female masters student and male undergrad student in the unit.
