The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 large bath, walk-in closets, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, fridge, and a full size washer & dryer in-unit. All rooms have cable hook-ups & phone jacks, central A/C, forced air heat, and are well insulated in order to be more energy efficient. Pets are welcome. 1085 square feet. Parking places (as many as needed) and water included in rent with no extra charge. I am a student transferring my lease for one of the rooms because I gradauted and moved out recently. There is another (male) tenant living in the other room until next May.
