My roommate and I are looking to upgrade to a larger unit, to do so we must sublease our upcoming 12 month lease. It starts 12pm July 20th 2021. Pets are allowed but there is a $50 dollar monthly fee, unless the pet is a therapy animal then it's free to have. All utilities are included except electric. Washing maching and dryers are in the complex to use. This unit is handicap accessible, has a huge bathroom and large shower. It is also close to downtown and is right by the bridge that leads to West Lafayette. Rent: $299 for 2 roommates or $598 for entire unit. Electric: Ranges from $40-$125 depending Pets: $50 Monthly Fee or Free (ESA) Max Occupancy: 4 Free Parking Lot!! I also have some furniture that I do not want that I can leave!
