I’m planning to sublease my room in the apartment unit (3 beds, 1 bath) for the spring and summer semesters (March 24-July 24) immediately. The unit is located at (262 S Chauncey Ave), just 10 minutes walking distance from campus. Rent will be 508 USD per month plus utilities (internet and electricity). There are two other Bangladeshi male roommates; both of them are PhD students at Purdue. So, that’s why I’m looking for a male to take over the lease.
