Studio apartment with refrigerator, washer, dryer, and walk-in closet. Kitchen has an oven, a stove, and a sink with garbage disposal but no microwave. I have a desk and a dresser that I cannot fit in my car; you are free to keep them or I can throw them out. No thermostat - cooling is done via wall A/C, and heating via baseboard heaters, the latter of which will need to be adjusted manually in the winter. You will need to pay for utilities (Duke Energy) as well as arrange for an ISP (Metronet/Comcast) to install a router. Rent is offset by two months i.e. August 2025 rent is due in June 2025, and no rent is due in June and July 2026.
